Wondering if Final Fantasy 14 Mobile will be full of MMO UI clutter like its full-sized counterpart? A first look at gameplay suggests not

Some fighting game from the upcoming mobile version Final fantasy 14 displayed, and it’s messy, but not too messy.

I think one of the big downfalls for a lot of people when it comes to MMOs is that there’s always a lot of crap on the screen. There are so many icons that don’t make any sense, there are fixed numbers that show you’re taking damage, but the health bar doesn’t go down as fast as you’d like, it’s just too much to take in! So it was announced Final Fantasy 14 is getting a mobile versioneyebrows were raised about how it would play and how much screen space the UI would take up. Not a huge amount, apparently, as some gameplay of the battle system was shown on Chinese social media site Weibo.

In most cases, the buttons are displayed on the bottom right with different icons for different tasks, and like many mobile games, you simply tap them to do them. It looks pretty simple! Except, of course, when you need to use multiple abilities, and it’s not clear if there’s any way to cycle between abilities on screen, so it’s entirely possible that this version of Final Fantasy 14 is massive. simplified. It’s not yet clear if you’ll be able to move around during combat, as the game suggests that all the different classes simply stay in one position, and given that the original MMO had a lot of attacks that required you to avoid danger, that would be the case. quite a radical change.

Still, it looks pretty good in everything, and I’m sure the most passionate of Final Fantasy 14 fans will have a good time regardless of how the game systems are (though it helps when they’re not cluttered). Final Fantasy 14 Mobile doesn’t have a release date yet, but we know it’s coming start over again whenever it comes out.
