Treyarch has provided a favor Black operation 6 115 Day Celebration news, a celebration of the Zombies community. And on that note, the developer has offered a first look at The Tomb, a new map coming to the game with Season 2.
That’s not all, Season 2 also looks promising elsewhere in Zombies, with a slew of quality-of-life updates that some have been teasing for a while.

To kick things off, Treyarch is celebrating Day 115 with a six-day double XP, double weapon XP, double battle pass XP, and double GobbleGum earning rate. The event is active until Tuesday, January 21.
As for the tomb, blog post provided some screenshots of the upcoming map. The map arrives alongside Season 2 on January 28 and represents the next episode in the ongoing Zombies narrative. The events take place after the crew survives the Citadelle des Morts – a map added in the middle of Season 1.
The Tomb is an excavation site built over the remains of burial grounds dating back to 2500 BC Treyarch said the map will play like Liberty Falls, albeit with denser environments. Like all Zombies maps, there is of course the main Easter Egg quest, along with several smaller maps. The shrine also contains a “miracle weapon that has been rebuilt inspired by our past”.
Also coming in Season 2 are several quality-of-life fixes for Zombies. Challenge tracking is getting some much-needed love; you will now be able to manually track ten Calling Card challenges and ten Camo challenges per mode. Even if you haven’t selected all ten, your closest tasks to completion will fill those slots.
When you pause, you’ll be able to see what’s best and near completion in the lobby and in-game. Speaking of which, the party leader will soon be able to stop co-op games – as long as everyone in the match is in the same party.
Those kicked out of co-op rounds due to AFK won’t have to restart when rejoining, as the game will now retain loadout, Essence, and Salvage. Finally, Treyarch makes it possible to have separate HUD presets for Zombies and multiplayer, meaning you can disable settings in one and keep them enabled in the other.
