If PlayStation All-Stars 2 Ever Happened, One New Icon Would Steal The Show

Crossover fighters always sound awesome on paper. The concept of throwing a bunch of favorite characters into an arena and letting them perform appeals to many gamers’ basic desires, which hearkens back to heated school conversations about which superhero can beat whom in a fight. But while the concept is flawless, many crossover fighters can face challenges when it comes to realizing that vision, and it did PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.

Despite having icons like Nathan Drake, Kratos, Raiden, Jak and Daxter and Sackboy, PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale After its release in 2012, it failed to complete the landing. Along with a lack of content, a disappointing story mode, and a fairly small roster, PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale‘s KO system drew a lot of heat when it was released, only allowing players to knock out their opponents with super moves. In other words, a PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale a sequel would have done very well in this modern era of live streaming and would have had plenty of new PlayStation icons to use for the roster. A new addition will probably steal the show, though.
